By participating in our chat stories, unlocking chapters, or purchasing story energy passes, you enter into a binding agreement with SilkGirl AI Technologies.
1. Service Description & Entertainment Nature
SilkGirl is an interactive AI-driven narrative entertainment platform designed to deliver creative roleplay, branching dialogue stories, and empathetic companionship. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Fictional & Synthetic Nature: All characters, companions, plotlines, scenarios, and dialogues generated via SilkGirl are synthetic creations of artificial intelligence. Companions are synthetic entities and do not possess human biological consciousness.
- Entertainment Only: SilkGirl is created strictly for creative entertainment and casual emotional leisure. It does NOT provide professional psychological counseling, clinical diagnosis, or crisis intervention services. Users facing acute distress should seek help from certified medical or crisis hotlines immediately.
- Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 years old where mandated by local law) to create an account or interact with SilkGirl.
2. Accounts, VIP Passes & Story Energy
Certain continuous storyline chapters, high-fidelity voice calls, and premium illustrated CGs require an active VIP Pass or Story Energy tokens:
- Subscriptions & Automatic Renewal: Recurring VIP membership tiers (e.g., Weekly, Monthly, or Annual Story Passes) renew automatically via your app store account (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the active billing period.
- Story Energy Tokens: Energy tokens grant a limited license to consume cloud GPU inference resources for speech synthesis and branching narrative generation. Energy tokens are non-transferable and have no monetary redemption value outside SilkGirl.
- Refund Policies: Because neural inference costs are incurred in real-time during interactive storytelling, active subscription intervals and consumed energy packages are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws or app store platform guidelines.
3. Intellectual Property & Player Input
We honor the creative input and agency of our storytellers:
- Your Story Choices & Inputs: You retain all proprietary rights over the creative prompts, original text responses, and unique narrative directions you submit. You grant SilkGirl a limited license solely necessary to render, display, and store your gameplay within your private account.
- Service Property: The SilkGirl platform, narrative engines, companion character designs, voice models, visual artwork, and brand assets are the exclusive intellectual property of SilkGirl AI Technologies.
4. Acceptable Use Policy & Safety Redlines
To cultivate an ethical, welcoming, and safe creative community, you strictly agree NOT to use SilkGirl to produce, promote, or solicit:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content endangering, exploiting, or depicting minors in harmful scenarios.
- Non-consensual sexually explicit content, non-consensual synthetic impersonations, or deepfakes of real individuals.
- Depictions or instructions encouraging suicide, self-mutilation, or acts of physical violence against real people or groups.
- Hate speech, cyberstalking, harassment, or unlawful defamation targeting protected demographic characteristics.
- Malicious attempts to reverse-engineer narrative weights, compromise cloud servers, or inject automated scraping payloads.
Breaching these community redlines will lead to immediate account termination, forfeiture of story tokens, and potential reporting to law enforcement authorities without refund.
5. Nature of AI Output & Disclaimers
Interactive story dialogues and companion reactions are generated probabilistically using deep learning models. Therefore:
- Companion dialogue reflects algorithmic creativity and is not intended to represent factual truth or real-world behavioral advice.
- Because of the open-ended nature of large neural models, SilkGirl cannot warrant that every response will perfectly align with your subjective story preferences or be free from plot inconsistencies.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a specific narrative purpose, or continuous service uptime.
Under no legal circumstance shall SilkGirl AI Technologies, its creators, or cloud infrastructure suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages (including emotional distress or loss of data) arising from your interaction with the platform.
7. Termination of Service
You may stop playing or delete your SilkGirl account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account access without prior notice in the event of a material violation of these Terms or suspected fraudulent behavior.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws applicable to digital consumer entertainment software, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved via good-faith informal consultation or binding arbitration.
