a. Interactive Story & Conversational Inputs

• Chat Transcripts & Story Choices: In-game dialogue, branch selections, messages, and roleplay actions you exchange with your chosen companions.
• Episodic Story Memory: Key narrative milestones, player preferences, unlockable CG flags, and relationship affinity scores saved in your companion's isolated memory vault.
• Voice & Audio Processing: Ephemeral audio feeds processed during real-time voice calls. Voice inputs are transcribed in volatile memory to synthesize natural vocal feedback and are not permanently archived as raw recordings.

b. Identity, Tokens & Subscriptions

• Account authentication credentials (e.g., Apple ID, Google Authentication, or verified email sign-ins).
• Story energy balances, VIP pass duration, and chapter unlock records.
• Purchase receipts processed securely via certified app marketplace billing frameworks (Apple In-App Purchase, Google Play Billing). We never store raw payment card data.

c. Device Diagnostics & Operational Telemetry

• Device model, OS version, and network performance indicators used to optimize real-time voice stream latency and fast chapter rendering.
• De-identified crash reports and server diagnostics to ensure consistent 24/7 service availability.

3. Neural Processing & Asset Isolation

Your interactive story belongs solely to you. We enforce stringent technical safeguards:

• Zero Public Foundation Training: Your intimate conversations, romantic plotlines, and personal secrets are never fed into public foundation models or shared with other players.
• Cryptographic Container Isolation: Each companion and story instance runs inside an isolated container, guaranteeing that your story decisions remain strictly private.
• Automated Safety Filtering: Intelligent moderation classifiers monitor interactions in real-time to intercept non-consensual exploitation, self-harm instructions, or illegal content.

4. User Rights & Story Control

You maintain full control over your interactive journey:

• Chapter & Memory Reset: You can restart story chapters, delete specific memory logs, or clear character histories directly within the application settings at any time.
• Permanent Account & Vault Erasure: You have the right to permanently purge your account, profile credentials, and all stored story progress. Send an erasure request to [email protected], and all associated cloud data will be permanently wiped within 30 days.

5. Security Architecture

All communications between your device and SilkGirl servers are encrypted using modern TLS 1.3 in transit and AES-256 at rest. Model compute clusters are safeguarded by zero-trust identity and access management controls.

6. Children's Privacy

SilkGirl is intended for adult users and individuals who have attained the digital age of consent in their jurisdiction (13 years of age or older; 16 years in the EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Any discovered underage accounts will be promptly terminated along with all associated story records.
